Group Exercise Class Schedule

All classes listed on Group Class Schedule are included with a YMCA membership. No registration required, but is highly recommended for all cycle classes.

Class included: Aqua Cardio-Tone, Aqua Intervals, Aqua Strength, Barre HIIT, BodyPump, Cycle, CXWORX, Dance Lively, Deep Water Jogging, Endurance Cycle, Fitness Pilates, Light Lift, New Waves, Power Pilates, Power Sculpt Ex, Power Yoga Ex, Soul Body Barre, Sprint, Tabata HIIT Ex, Turbo Kick, Vinyasa YogaI/II, Zumba, 30/20/10

Warrior Program

Join our Warrior coaches as they push you to reach your health goals with a dynamic indoor/outdoor exercise program. Coaches will provide modifications to help meet the needs of all fitness levels. This program is in a small group training format.

  • Unlimited classes for $40 monthly fee (non-members $100). Fee is drafted from checking or credit card account on the 1st of each month.
  • 60 minute classes offered M/W/F 10:30am, T/TH 6pm, and Sa 9am
  • 1 complimentary nurtrition analysis with a Registered Dietetic Technician
  • Access to Warrior program private Facebook support group
