Warrior 2.0

Come join our 10-week group training program, Warrior! Geared toward the individual who is trying to improve performance, strength, speed, balance, and overall health, this program incorporates both weight training and various HIIT style workouts to help you achieve your goals.

Through the 10-week program there will be structured workouts designed for progression. Proper form and techniques will be demonstrated by the instructors, who are all certified personal trainers.

  • Workouts will be posted in a closed Facedbook group and shared weekly along with tips and tricks as well!
  • Day/Time: Tuesdays & THursdays, 6 am and 6 pm; Saturdays 8:30 am
  • Session date: Nov. 12-Jan. 25
  • Fee: $140 for members, $200 for non-members

TRX Lite

Get stronger and feel better with the TRX Lite small-group training program!

This 8-week program, for adults age 40+ and suitable for all fitness levels, improves strength, balance, and stability using TRX suspension training straps, which allow you to work against your own bodyweight.

Oct. 29-Jan 7, T & Th 9:30 am-10:15 am.

$80 for members, $140 for non-members.
