Who Ages 5 & up

What Karate is great exercise, enhances confidence, teaches methods of self-defense, develops patience… and it’s fun! There are many reasons for kids to experience martial arts. We have developed a program that not only teaches physical skills like kicking and punching but also focus, balance, memory, control and awareness

The specific system taught is Saizen Kempo, which is a semi-traditional method and includes techniques from a variety of disciplines.
