Our YMCA is a participating member in the Renew Active and One Pass Program with select Medicare and Medicaid Health plans. To enroll in the program, you will need to provide our facility with your Renew Active Confirmation Code or One Pass Member Code. After you have received the code, you will need to email our Membership Department with your first/last name and your Confirmation Code. Verification typically takes 24-48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once it has been verified. After you have been verified, you can come to the YMCA to set up your membership. Please see below and reference our FAQ document for how to retrieve your verification code.
- For Renew Active members: to obtain your Confirmation Code, log into your UnitedHealthcare member website, go to Health & Wellness and look for Renew Active, or for assistance, you can call Customer Service toll-free at the number on your member ID card. Hours are 8am to 8pm local time, 365 days/year. Medicare Supplement Customer Service hours are weekdays, 7 am to 11 pm ET, Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm ET.
- For One Pass members: to obtain your Member Code, log into your One Pass member website and your Member Code will be on the dashboard. For additional assistance, you can call One Pass Customer Service toll-free at 877-504-6830. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 9 PM CT. (Note: The One Pass Customer Service phone number is for members only. Partners are to reach out to their Optum Program Manager directly)

Membership payments are drafted monthly on the first of the month. The YMCA requires 30-day notice for membership cancellation. Additional terms may apply with regard to membership promotions. Please stop by the front desk or call us at (434) 974-9622 with any questions.
Because of our nonprofit mission, at the Y, no one is turned away for their inability to pay. Through our Income-Based Membership program, membership is available on a sliding scale based on income and membership type.
