Affordable and motivating

With only 3-4 people in small group personal training, you will get the personal attention and support you need to make positive changes!  We have training groups available at set times (below), or you and 2-3 friends can purchase group training together and set your own small group schedule. 


Small Personal Training Groups (3-4 members)


  • CORE AND MORE
    Tuesdays 12-1pm with Natasha - Studio A
    Build core strength to improve balance and stability. All fitness levels welcome and encouraged.
     
  • FIT OVER FIFTY 
    Tuesdays 10:30-11:30am with Kelly R. - Mezzanine
    Build strength and muscle endurance to keep moving at any age. Agility, balance, flexibility and coordination are key elements (modification to exercises will be provided).
     
  • SMART GIRLS LIFT DUMBBELLS (ages 13-17) 
    Wednesdays 4:30-5:30pm with Heather - Wellness floor 
    A well-rounded workout plan that includes proper technique, how much to lift, how often as well as build confidence in and around a gym.
     
  • TEEN BOYS WEIGHT LIFTING (ages 13-17) 
    Thursdays 4:30-5:30pm with Heather - Wellness floor
    A structured weight training class with certified personal trainer Heather. There will be guidance on proper technique, creating a well-rounded routine for strength and injury prevention.
     
  • BUILD STRONGER BONES 
    Thursdays 12-1pm with Cathy Pales - Mezzanine 
    Numerous studies have shown that strength training can play a role in slowing bone loss, and several show it can even build stronger bones. Learn and practice the best exercises in a small group setting that focuses on using the correct weight and technique for optimal benefits.
 

Small Group Training Pricing

As a member benefit, small group personal training is available to Brooks Family YMCA members only. 

  • All unused small group personal training sessions expire within 90 days of the purchase date.
  • All prices listed are per person.
     
1 HOUR SESSIONS FEE
4 sessions $140 per person
6 sessions $205 per person
8 sessions $264 per person
12 sessions $360 per person
