With only 3-6 people in small group personal training, you will get the personal attention and support you need to make positive changes!  We have training groups available at set times (below), or you and a few friends can purchase group training together and set your own small group schedule. 

Specialized Fitness Programming

Try one of our new, uniquely designed fitness programs. The small group approach to programming is a great value while offering expert instruction, community, and accountability. No matter which program you choose, you will take your fitness journey to new levels!


Tuesdays 6:30am - 7:30am - Program runs from May 7-June 11

TRX, or Total Resistance Training, is a groundbreaking exercise method that uses your body weight and suspension to build strength, enhance mobility, boost cardiovascular endurance, and develop core stability, all at the same time!

Build Strength – Starting Smart 
Wednesdays 8am - 9am - Program runs from May 22-June 26

An effective and efficient beginning strength training program designed to develop muscle, burn fat, improve mood and endurance, boost confidence, and have fun!
