With only 3-6 people in small group personal training, you will get the personal attention and support you need to make positive changes! We have training groups available at set times (below), or you and a few friends can purchase group training together and set your own small group schedule.

Tuesday 6:15am or Wednesday 5:45pm - Program runs from Oct 4-Nov 8
Suspension Training bodyweight exercises to build strength, improve mobility, increase cardiovascular endurance, and develop core stability simultaneously.
Monday & Wednesday 10:30am - Program runs from Sept 18-Oct 4
An advanced workout with short bursts of maximum work followed by long rests. You will learn how to do this workout using the Treadmill, Elliptical, Stepper, Rower, Sled, and Bikes. The workout finishes with core and stretches. 3 weeks, 2 times per week. Maximum results. Minimum time.
Tuesday 5:30pm - Program runs from Sept 19-Oct 24
Experiencing some changes in your body lately? This six-week training will help you learn how to build muscle, burn fat, and protect your bones as you move into the next phase of your fabulous life.
Saturday 9-10am - Program runs from Sept 23-Oct 28
Do you want to do more strength training but aren’t sure how to get started? This is the group for you! Give yourself six weeks to experience strength training in a supportive environment and set yourself up for a lifetime of success.
