Affordable and motivating

With only 3-4 people in small group personal training, you will get the personal attention and support you need to make positive changes!  We have training groups available at set times (below), or you and 2-3 friends can purchase group training together and set your own small group schedule. 

Small Personal Training Groups (3-4 members)

    Tuesdays 12-1pm with Natasha - Studio A
    Build core strength to improve balance and stability. All fitness levels welcome and encouraged.
    Tuesdays 10:30-11:30am with Kelly R. - Mezzanine
    Build strength and muscle endurance to keep moving at any age. Agility, balance, flexibility and coordination are key elements (modification to exercises will be provided).
    Thurs. 12-1pm
    This training is limited to 4 people for personal attention and coaching with Personal Trainer Cathy Pales, who has experience and a passion for working with older adults. Work on reducing bone loss, increasing bone density, and decreasing your chance of injury.
  • TEEN WEIGHT TRAINING (ages 13-17)
    Thurs. 4:30-5:30pm
    Teens learn proper lifting form and work out in a competitive environment. Personal Trainer Heather Cook has experience working with teens to reduce the risk of injury while gaining the benefits of a balanced weight training workout.

Small Group Training Pricing

As a member benefit, small group personal training is available to Brooks Family YMCA members only. 

  • All unused small group personal training sessions expire within 90 days of the purchase date.
  • All prices listed are per person.
4 sessions $140 per person
6 sessions $205 per person
8 sessions $264 per person
12 sessions $360 per person
