With only 3-6 people in small group personal training, you will get the personal attention and support you need to make positive changes! We have training groups available at set times (below), or you and a few friends can purchase group training together and set your own small group schedule.

High Intensity Training doesn’t have to be high impact. This group training helps improve cardiovascular health, maintain or increase muscle mass, strengthen bones and increases fat burning. Led by Personal Trainer, Cathy Pales.
