Accountability and Motivation

With only 3-6 people in small group personal training, you will get the personal attention and support you need to make positive changes!  We have training groups available at set times (below), or you and a few friends can purchase group training together and set your own small group schedule.

YOUTH BEGINNER WEIGHT LIFTING

Wednesdays 4:30pm-5:30pm - Program runs from Sep 25 - Oct 30

Ready to unlock your inner athlete? This 6-week program will help you crush your fitness goals and sculpt your upper body like never before! Feel stronger, look amazing, and dominate your workouts! Teens 13+

FEE: $90/person for six weeks

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS FOR WOMEN

Fridays 11:30am-12:30pm - Program runs from Oct 11 - Nov 15

Want to incorporate more strength training and functional movement into your daily life but not sure where to start? This 6-week program is designed for women who want to build strength and confidence in a supportive environment. Learn exercises you can use every day and set yourself up for long-term success.

FEE: $90/person for six weeks
