Join us as we celebrate the launch of the Y’s new Adaptive Program. This relaxed, drop-in event is a chance to explore our program spaces, meet the staff, ask questions, and learn what’s ahead.

Monthly Nutrition Series

with Registered Dietitian Olivia Obertello

A Complimentary Class for Y Members
Take a comprehensive journey through a range of nutritional topics designed to empower and educate you on healthy eating habits.

January 20 -  New Year Nutrition Reset: Start 2026 with practical, realistic habits that actually stick, and easy ideas you can use right away.

WHO: YMCA adult members  (children age 8+ with an adult)
WHEN: Tuesday, January 20 | 6-7pm 
WHERE: Brooks Family YMCA Community Room

Registration is not required, but it helps us prepare!


Snow Ball Dance

Kids, grab your grown-up, get dressed up, and come have fun at the Y’s Snow Ball Dance! Enjoy an evening of music, dancing, and sweet wintertime memories together.

WHO: Children ages 3–12 and an adult; Open to the Public
WHEN: Saturday, February 7, 5pm–7pm
WHERE: Brooks Family YMCA
FEE: $25 per child and adult pair, plus $5 per additional child

Open to the public. Registration required by February 5.


Parents Night Out

Treat yourself to a well-deserved night off while your kids have a blast at the Y! Parents' Night Out offers a fun-filled evening with pizza, crafts, a bounce-house, and games in a safe and engaging environment. Drop them off and enjoy some time to yourself. We’ve got the fun covered! This event is for YMCA Members Only.

WHO: 3–10 years old (must be able to use the restroom independently) | Members Only
WHEN: Saturday, March 21 | 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm

FEE: $25 (Members Only)
