Group Exercise Calendar 


This calendar is for information purposes only. To reserve a spot in a cycle class, you must sign in.
No reservations are needed for non-cycle group exercise classes.
  • Reservations are required for cycle classes, as marked on the calendar (Cycle, SPRINT, RPM, and Cycle-Pilates). To make a reservation and read the class description, you must sign in. For more information, please see our VIRTUAGYM MEMBER GUIDE [PDF] > [updated Jan 2021]
  • $15 no-show fee: we charge $15 for a missed reservation with no cancellation at least 1 hour ahead of class start time.
  • Reservations open 48 hours in advance. 

If you have trouble signing up online, please call us at (434) 974-YMCA and a YMCA staff member will help walk you through the process. You must be a current member of the YMCA to sign up for group exercise.
