Join this six-week outside running program at the Y! Learn how to run, stay injury free, and pace for a successful 5K. Get advice on everything from proper form to running shoes and dressing appropriately for the weather. If you’ve been walking and are ready to start running, you can successfully complete this program! The instructor, Jeri Evans, has over 30+ years' experience in the fitness industry, has completed 13 marathons and is a four time Boston Qualifier.
