How to Donate

FLAT DONATION: this is the easiest way to contribute to this fundraiser on behalf of an athlete. Simply follow the link below to donate online, and make sure to enter your athlete’s name in the “in honor of” line on the donation page!

PLEDGE: For those who have participated in a Swim-a-thon, “Swim for the CAVS” will function similarly.  Donors can support our athletes on a per-lap basis or with a flat donation. Our athletes will swim as many laps as possible (up to 200 lengths or 5000y) over the course of 90 minutes at the event.

As an example, if a donor is willing to pledge $1 for every length swum, and a swimmer completes 50 lengths in 90 minutes, this would equal $50 earned.

Prizes for Athletes

Swimmers raising $250 or more will earn a t-shirt, top money earners from each of the nine groups will receive a grand prize, and the top earning group (based on the average of money raised per swimmer) will earn a pool party with the Wibit at the YMCA including pizza and ice cream.
